Our team members only have access to client information when they genuinely need it for their work. We're not running a free-for-all here.

We keep your information for as long as we're working together, plus the legally required retention period after that. Once we don't need it anymore, we properly dispose of it.

You can always change your mind later. If you want us to remove photos or info about your project from our portfolio, just let us know and we'll take care of it.

We might update this policy from time to time as our practice evolves or if privacy laws change. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and let active clients know about any significant changes.

We're not gonna make sneaky changes in the middle of the night. Any major updates will be communicated clearly and in plain language.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you've got the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We hope it doesn't come to that, but the option's there if you need it.
